How We Teach
Project-based Learning – The Way The World’s Best Art Schools Teach!
Under the project-based learning model, students develop their own creative projects under the guidance of LAPA tutors who are graduates of University of the Arts London (UAL). Through this process, they sharpen their techniques while cultivating their own creative habits and styles. Regular critiques from tutors and peers encourage continuous improvement and refinement.
Apart from regular one-to-one guidance and technical demonstrations by LAPA tutors, learning will be complemented by a wide range of learning activities such as thematic workshops, mini lectures, group works, peer critiques, presentations, and self-reflection practices. These experiences train students in their creative thinking, critical thinking, collaboration, and art appreciation — all valuable transferable skills essential for success in art and design disciplines!
