About Us

Trusted by the Best Art Universities

Led by a team of artists and designers educated at University of the Arts London (UAL), we at London Arts Portfolio Academy (LAPA) are dedicated to bringing the Project-based Learning model to Hong Kong. Working in creative studios on their own projects under the personalized, one-to-one guidance and with close interaction with tutors, we help students gradually establish their identity as artists and designers, develop their very own artistic styles and build confidence — qualities that meet the expectations of top art schools and the contemporary creative industries.

With 10 years of experience, London Arts Portfolio Academy (LAPA) was formerly known as Chamberlain Institute before being renamed in 2026. Over the years, more than 200 graduates from the Academy have successfully enrolled into University of the Arts London (UAL) — ranked the 2nd best in the world for Art & Design by for eight consecutive years! (QS 2019-2026)
