For the second consecutive year, every graduate of our Art & Design Foundation Course has successfully received conditional offers from University of the Arts London (UAL)!
Starting from August when they started the Foundation course, through to the moment applications and portfolios were submitted through UCAS in January, our students have put in tons of efforts into preparing their portfolios. It’s not until April that when all of them received their results — and once again, we can proudly celebrate another year of 100% UAL offer rate!
This year, our students collectively secured 18 conditional offers across the UAL colleges. Among them, Matthew achieved an outstanding milestone by securing four offers, including
- Central Saint Martins – BA (Hons) Graphic Communication Design
- Camberwell College of Arts – BA (Hons) Illustration
- London College of Communication – BA (Hons) Graphic & Media Design
- London College of Communication – BA (Hons) Illustration & Visual Media
Matthew received four Conditional Offers in total, including an offer for BA (Hons) Graphic Communication Design at Central Saint Martins
Aida will be facing a tough choice between BA (Hons) Fashion Styling, and BA (Hons) Design for Art Direction
Always has his goal set for Architectural & Spatial Design, Ashley secured an conditional offer for BA (Hons) Architecture at Central Saint Martins

Securing a conditional offer from University of the Arts London (UAL) is no easy feat. With UAL’s strong emphasis on portfolios, applicants go through rigorous portfolio assessment before being awarded an offer. But once they got the offers, it’s usually smooth sailing from there on – students typically only need to meet the required foundation course result and English requirement to secure their place!
Throughout the academic year, our students have participated in multiple portfolio seminars and workshops hosted in Hong Kong by UAL admissions tutors. Each of them had at least two opportunities to receive direct feedback from UAL tutors, gaining invaluable insights into their works. While some feedbacks and critiques were direct and even discouraging at times, our students persevered, refined their portfolios, and ultimately achieved their goals!
This remarkable achievement reflects the talent and resilience of our students. We are proud of them, and sure that they’re now ready for the next stage of their creative journey – in one of the UAL colleges in London!
